This policy applies to all Bright Smiles Participants

Colgate and the organisers of Bright Smiles are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles which are set out in the Act. Under the Privacy Act, information provided by individuals interested in becoming involved in Bright Smiles, including name and address and contact details, can be used as part of coordinating the event.

We will not disclose your information to sponsors or commercial users of information.

We may also use this information to give you updates on the Bright Smiles initiative and to advise you of other community oral health initiatives. Please indicate (on volunteer registration form) if you do not wish to receive this information.

You have a right of access to your personal information and you may request us to provide such access. We will process your access request promptly. We may ask you to verify your right to receive the personal information requested.
